When an apparently crazy idea becomes an innovative way of dealing with depression

Nils

The Norwegian Centre for Integrated Care and Telemedicine (NST) want to implement and evaluate up scaling of ICBT and videoconferencing as a continuous logical and coherent stepped care model for mental health care from self-help to advanced specialist mental health care.

But, what does it mean? To get insights about this question, do not miss the new video recently published on the BSA’s Youtube: https://youtu.be/e0VR_kcCS_8

Thanks for the collaboration to NST and specifically to Nils Kolstrup.
